Agnostic Front guitarist Vinnie Stigma saved a child from getting struck by a car in Melbourne, Australia today.
“A small child broke away from his mother’s hand and ran into the street,” the band commented. “Stigma ran out into the street, [grabbed] the kid just before a speeding car struck him. Stigma jumped away from car with the kid in his arm, the car clipped his foot!”
No severe injuries were reported. Stigma suffered a bruised ankle.
A new track from El Drugstore (East of the Wall) called “Widowmaker” is streaming on Facebook.
The song was released on Record Store Day as part of a compilation benefiting Sound Station, a New Jersey record store destroyed in a fire this past January.

The lineup has been revealed for Warped Tour UK, set to take place on November 10th in London at Alexandra Palace.
Lostprophets and Bring Me The Horizon will headline the festival with New Found Glory, Architects, Awolnation, Less Than Jake, Bury Tomorrow, A Skylit Drive, The Acacia Strain, and more also on the bill.
Primate, featuring Mastodon guitarist Bill Kelliher and Brutal Truth vocalist Kevin Sharp, will release their album Draw Back A Stump on July 3rd through Relapse.
The album was self-released by the band in March 2011 via a limited CD pressing of 1000.
