Animals as Leaders will miss their shows in Canada this week — guitarist Javier Reyes was denied entry into the country.

“Javier was not permitted into Canada due to the pending ‘Boston’ case,” the band said. “We tried everything we could to get in but were denied entry at the border crossing.”

The band will resume their current trek with Meshuggah on March 1st in Sacramento.
