Former Incubus DJ Threatens to Kill DJ Chris Kilmore

According to TMZ, Incubus DJ Chris Kilmore claims the band’s former DJ, Gavin Koppel, threatened to kill him last month. Kilmore – who obtained a restraining order against Koppel in 2003 after getting spit in the face – was recently granted a new restraining order after Koppel approached him at a store in December saying “You will get killed if you don’t lift that order … people get killed in the street for that.” More on that can be found here.
