Listen to a New Structures Song feat. SFTP’s Drew York

by | Apr 4, 2014

Hands off the glass — Structures are gearing up to put out their new album Life Through A Window this spring. It was recorded with producer Will Putney (Stray From The PathFor Today) and will be the first to feature their guitarist Brendon Padjasek on vocals.

Why’d they move Padjasek to the mic?

[W]e felt like replacing Nick’s duties on vocals would but unfair and a shot in the dark if we looked outwards, so we collectively made the decision to move Brendon, our guitarist, to vocals…We’re all very proud of Brendon for stepping up on such short notice and killing it in the studio where he had to track vocals, track guitar, write guitar parts and write lyrics. This album is very special to the 3 of us and really brought us together as friends.

The record will be released on May 13th through Sumerian. Here’s a new track featuring Stray From The Path frontman Drew York — it’s called “The Worst of Both Worlds.”

In the late 90’s, Jeremy Hiebert’s main goal as a young musician was to play in a band that sold 10,000 records. “I wanted to be on the road,” he comments. “I love [going] to a city that I’ve never been to, and [walking around to...

Korn Interview on Ryan’s Rock Show: Drummer Ray Luzier Remembers Who He Is

Back in the prehistoric days when neanderthals like Geocities and MP3.com walked the net, Korn was the baddest band in the world. When I was in the 7th grade, I would go to my Catholic grade school non-uniform days strictly in Korn attire, and would scream...
