I saw this band play at Bonnerhaus a couple weeks back, and man you’ve got to hear this. They’re a band from LA called Rope, and they just put out their debut EP titled Deviate You.

The group recorded their EP with Roger Camero, who you know from Peace’d Out (RX Bandits, The Movielife), and they also had some additional production/engineering help from Silver Snakes frontman Alex Estrada, who guests on the track “Open Season.”

The band recently wrapped up a brief California stint with VIS. If you get a chance to see them, go do it. For fans of Touche Amore.

Here’s a stream of the EP in its entirety.
