VIS are Writing a New Album + Watch their Entire Set at the Roxy

by | Dec 13, 2016

Just when you thought things couldn’t get any better for music in 2017 — and then this happens. SoCal’s best-kept secret VIS have been working on new album. And we’ve got to tell ya, they won’t be a secret much longer.

Things have been heating up for the band as of late. Over the weekend they performed at the second annual “Night of the Blue Swan” that took place at the Roxy in West Hollywood. They shared the stage with Hail The SunStolas, Icarus The Owl, Eidola, and Oranges.

Now about that new album. We presume the record will see a 2017 release, and that they’ll be in the studio sooner than later. This will be their first new music since 2015’s EP (aka their minEP) Songs of No Consequence and their 2014 debut effort No Waves. So stay tuned for that.

Oh and if you weren’t able to catch them live on Sunday, here’s a video of the entire performance:
