The past couple years Robotic Empire have released two rad Nirvana tribute albums. They’ve had a bunch of sick bands cover songs off In Utero and Nevermind. And now they’re on course to putting out Doused In Mud, Soaked In Bleach, a tribute to Nirvana’s debut record Bleach.
Ain’t it exciting? Thomas, Andrew, and Tim are in the studio tracking the next Fall of Troy record. It’ll be the band’s fifth studio album, a follow-up to 2009’s In the Unlikely Event.
It had to happen eventually. The Fall of Troy will be embarking on a 10th anniversary tour for Doppelgänger, in which they’ll be playing their 2005 album in its entirely. In addition to playing Doppelgänger front to back, the band will be performing a second set of favorite songs, rarities, and new material.
That’s like more than half way! The Fall of Troy have been going at it writing material for what will become their fifth studio album, their first new record since 2009’s In the Unlikely Event.
