Dave Grohl to Executive Produce New FX Sitcom

Dave Grohl has signed on as the executive producer for a new half-hour comedy for FX starring comedian Dana Gould.

Gould is writing the sitcom, which is based around a rock band on the verge of stardom who finds itself on the verge of breaking up and is forced to seek professional help in attempt to stay together. They end up with a misanthropic couple’s therapist from Agoura on the brink of divorce.

Gould approached Grohl about joining the project based on his reputation of being one of the funniest rock musicians.
