Animals as Leaders’ LA House Robbed

by | Jun 17, 2012

Animals as Leaders had their LA house robbed while on tour with Thrice and O’Brother.

Many high-priced possessions were taken, which include Javier Reyes’ Chevrolet Blazer and all of the gear that was not on tour with them.

“This is beyond devastating,” the band stated. “We know so many of you have been beyond supportive with Javier’s legal troubles. We may need more of your help now to potentially find some of these one of a kind instruments that may pop up on Ebay, Craigslist, pawn shops, used music stores, etc.”

A total of ten guitars are missing, many of which are custom instruments, as well as amplifiers, PA equipment, and personal items.

A photo album of the missing gear has been posted on Facebook. Those with any information regarding the burglary are encouraged to contact the band at animalsgear@gmail.com.
