AT THE DRIVE-IN Cancelled their Show in NYC & the Remaining Dates of their US Tour

As you can imagine, fans aren’t too thrilled about it. At The Drive-In cancelled their show in New York City this past Friday not long after doors opened.

Guitarist Omar Rodriguez Lopez and drummer Tony Hajjar came onstage to let the crowd know that vocalist Cedric Bixler Zavala was sick and that they wouldn’t be performing.

Here’s some footage of them addressing the crowd and one dude not taking kindly to the news.

Later the band posted this on their Facebook page:

Apologies to all our fans who have tickets but following our news earlier tonight, we regret to announce that all further shows on our North American tour, up to and including the Amnesia Festival appearance on June 25th are cancelled. Tickets can be refunded from point of purchase. We will be back to make up these shows in the future. Thank you for your continued support.
