We’ve been talking a lot about this new band No Devotion, featuring former Thursday frontman Geoff Rickly with the remaining members of Lostprophets. A couple days ago the band made their live debut in the UK, and tonight and tomorrow they’ll be playing more UK shows to round out their string of debut performances.
The other month we mentioned how former Thursday frontman Geoff Rickly was working with the remaining members of Lostprophets. At first we were under the impression that his newly formed label Collect Records would just be releasing the material, but then rumors started swirling that Rickly was in the band. “I want to be a part of their second chance,” he said in a recent podcast.
Everyone’s been anxiously awaiting the new album from United Nations, the grindcore project of former Thursday frontman Geoff Rickly. The band’s forthcoming record The Next Four Years is a compilation of tracks that were originally supposed to be released as separate 7″s, and after many delays, it’s finally getting put out in the form of a box set.
