Arsonists Get All The Girls Set Fire to Bonnerhaus

by | Jan 14, 2013

“I’m always runner up!” shouts drummer Garin Rosen, throwing his red cards down on a shoddy wooden table. It’s a rainy Saturday night in North Hollywood and Arsonists Get All The Girls are crowded in the living room of Bonnerhaus playing Apples to Apples. A couple hours ago the band wrapped up a top secret live session, and now they’re winding down with cases of beer and Blue Dream. “Always runner up, dude!” he exclaims again, adjusting his bomber hat.

While Rosen may not be on fire with party games, his Santa Cruz deathcore outfit Arsonists Get All The Girls have been setting music communities worldwide ablaze for years. Currently in the studio with Zack Ohren (All Shall Perish) tracking a follow-up record to 2011’s Motherland (expected out in spring), AGATG insist their new material is highly inflammable.

“It’s something we’re really excited about,” said Rosen.

Before getting holed up in the studio, the band stopped in for an intimate house party. And of course, we got it all on tape.
