Listen to MASTODON’s Brent Hinds Cover Bill Withers

I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know… you know that song we’re talking about? We can dig us some Bill Withers, especially when Brent Hinds of Mastodon is doing a rendition of one of his legendary songs “Ain’t No Sunshine.”

The track was originally released in 1971 on Withers’ debut album Just As I Am. Here’s Hinds’ version of the song, which will appear on a forthcoming covers compilation — titled Cease and Desist — put together by Living Room Recording, celebrating 15 years of recording rock music in the Atlanta area.
