Black Map (Dredg) Will Be Releasing Their Debut EP, “Driver,” this Month

by | Feb 7, 2014

Wondering what the members of Dredg have been up to these days? Well, guitarist Mark Engles has a new band with ex-members of Far and The Trophy Fire called Black Map. They’re getting ready to play their third show ever in San Francisco in a few weeks, and they’re putting out their debut EP this month.

The band’s forthcoming extended play, Driver, will be released on iTunes on February 25th. And as we mentioned, they’ll be playing their third show in San Francisco on March 1st at Noise Pop 2014 at Bottom of the Hill.

Need more Dredg? Well if you happen to live in London, England you can catch the band at the Scala on April 23rd, where they’ll be playing their 2005 album Catch Without Arms in its entirety.

And since we mentioned Driver, we couldn’t end this post without including Black Map’s debut single “I’m Just the Driver.” Can you dig it?
