HUNDRED SUNS Stream “Bedburner”

by | Aug 29, 2016

We’ve been talking a lot about Hundred Suns. It’s a new project that features Norma Jean’s Cory Brandan, former Every Time I Die drummer Ryan “Legs” Leger, and Dead and Divine’s Chris LeMasters. They put out their debut single earlier this year and it got an overwhelming response. Now they’ve got another song — here’s Hundred Suns’ “Bedburner.”

“Bedburner” is a precursor to their forthcoming full-length debut record. Right now the guys are in the middle of a crowdfunding campaign to help finance the recording. They’ve raised more than half their goal. You can donate to that here.

As LeMasters said,

‘Bedburner’ is one of the very first guitar parts I came up with when I started writing the music that would eventually turn into Hundred Suns. It was more of an exercise to see if I could write an entire song using a similar riff/groove without it sounding too repetitive or boring.
