Less Art debut new song + tour dates w/ Vattnet

by | Jun 28, 2017

One of the summer’s most anticipated releases is the debut album from Less Art. The band featuring members of ThriceCurl Up and Die, and Kowloon Walled City are set to release Strangled Light this summer.

Strangled Light is the band’s 9-track debut effort that’s a “modern, muscular incarnation of… bands like Fugazi, Unwound, and Drive Like Jehu.” It was recorded by Kowloon Walled City frontman Scott Evans and mastered by Brad Boatright (Full of Hell, Mutoid Man).

Later this summer the group will be taking the stage for the first time. They’ll be doing a trio of California shows in August, followed by an East Coast run with Vattnet, formerly Vattnet Viskar, in mid-September.

Here’s a stream of their new song “Wandering Ghost.”

Strangled Light comes out July 28th through Gilead Media.

Less Art tour dates:

Aug 04 San Francisco, CA @ Hemlock Tavern
Aug 05 Oakland, CA @ 1234 Go! Records
Aug 06 Santa Ana, CA @ Constellation Room

w/ Vattnet
